In all honesty, I'm no good at waiting.
No patience at all.
Especially when it comes to getting the craft room back together and using the new desk! It's killing me! But I must be patient and give the paint time to cure so that the top will last as long as possible.
So now I just sit in the middle of the room working on another blanket while soaking up all the newness of it all. Next week can't get here fast enough.

I know, I am not one for patience either.
ReplyDeleteI mumble to myself "Good things come to those who wait" all the time.
I am sure it will all be worth it:)
I'm looking forward to seeing your new desk. I can relate to the patience thing (or lack there of). :-) Hope you are having a nice week. Heather
ReplyDeleteWe don't seem to have been programmed to wait! But it WILL be so wonderful when it's done :)
ReplyDeleteI can totally relate to having patience about something I'm excited about.
ReplyDeleteHow exciting...hang in there! :)

I can so totally relate...the nesting impatience for stash and crafterly things getting organized. My craft space is in constant 'almost right' state, I think I need to get rid of the bed that is taking up so much room and replace it with something like a nice table and display shelves. Ooops, I forgot, my craft space really in real life is the 'guest room'. The bed stays... lol.
ReplyDelete...and I just friended you in Ravelry. :)
DeleteOooh, Kar, you're such a tease. :-)
ReplyDeleteWell, I know waiting is a bit of a chore, but at least the space must be clean enough to work in the middle. Next week will be here before you know it.
I'm the same way and right now my in-progress kitchen is killing me!
